How do you prepare your Matcha?

1. Sift 1-2 grams of matcha into a bowl or cup for a smooth, lump-free texture.
2. Add a small amount of hot (not boiling) water (~80°C) and beat until smooth.
3. For a creamy matcha latte (recommended!), add frothed milk of your choice — such as oat, almond or coconut milk.
4. If desired, add a little honey or agave syrup for a touch of sweetness.
5. For a traditional tea, simply add 70-80 ml of hot water and enjoy the pure umami of Tsumi matcha!
